Virtual Items
Virtual currency and items are licensed, not owned. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where local law requires otherwise. Virtual items carry no cash value.
Conduct
Do not use our services for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt our systems, use automated tools without permission, cheat, or harass others.
Intellectual Property
All content — games, code, art, text, trademarks — is owned by or licensed to SEAGA MOBILE CO., LIMITED and protected by applicable IP laws.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, with or without prior notice.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
